Project 20.04: The Urban apartment

In dense urban environments, luxury is defined by verticality and light. The Arun & Gayathiri Residence is a masterclass in multi-layered facade design, where we’ve broken the traditional 'block' look with a series of intersecting frames, textures, and voids.
By utilizing a bold cantilevered frame and integrating geometric jaali work, we’ve created a facade that feels private from the street yet remains incredibly open and airy from the inside. It’s a bold statement in contemporary urban living.
